Booking & Arrival

Book your session online or pay on the day at our kiosk

  • Open Sessions: Weekends & school holidays (Easter to October), weather permitting
  • Private Parties: Can be booked any time, year round (min. 10 people)
  • Show booking reference or pay at kiosk
  • Additional ammo hoppers can be bought at the kiosk upon arrival
  • A Waiver must be completed at the kiosk for pay on arrival customers

Check-in & Preparation

Receive your wristband and wait in the designated area

  • Wristband serves as your session credit
  • Fenced waiting area near the combat zone
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your session

Safety Briefing

Marshall provides rules and safety instructions

  • Mandatory safety briefing before entering
  • Learn game rules and boundaries
  • Essential safety protocols explained
  • Participants should read the safety brief cards in the waiting area

The Battle Experience

Flexible combat action - minimum 1 hour, join anytime

  • Weekend Open Play: Join anytime between 12pm-4pm
  • Team-based combat with water gel pellets
  • Use props like boats and pallets for cover
  • Games controlled by marshall's whistle/siren
  • Stay as long as you want (minimum 1 hour)

Exit & Equipment Return

Return equipment and exit the combat zone

  • Place markers and goggles in designated racks
  • Marshall directs exit after each session
